1st week at CMC, Vellore

Ramalakshmi reached CMC on 23rd March. She is undergoing varoius test for last one week.

Ramalakshmi and her parents have undergone the HLA test today.

HLA test report will come by next week, so we've to wait till that time.

Some FAQ about Ramalakshmi's case:

1. Presently is that donor for bone marrow transplant is available?
   

--> No, we are searching for that, in that process Ramalakshmi's parents and siblings will
undergo the HLA test.
2. What is the current status?

--> Ramalakshmi is at CMC, vellore and undergoing various test. Only after a week time
we'll able to say exactly about future plan.

3. How much does HLA test cost?

--> IT costs Rs 6,000 (approx) per person. Once the HLA test is matched then only we can
go for BMT(Bone Marrow Transplant).
